The fourth energy center
Heart · Anahata
the center of the chest.
What the material holds about it
- The Heart Chakra is located at the center of your chest.
- The Heart Chakra is the fourth energetic center.
- The heart chakra is called the green ray heart chakra.
- 5 and 28 hertz is aligned with the heart center.
The material puts this center at 5 and 28 hertz — beneath hearing, felt rather than heard. No speaker reaches there, so what follows is not that number.
What is not claimed here. The material does not say what closes a center or what opens one, so neither do we. The familiar red-to-violet color chart is a twentieth-century Western arrangement rather than an ancient one, and the Sanskrit sources describe the colors differently again.
This one answers a tone. A phone rested against it can sound a tone and measure which pitch comes back strongest — answers clearly. Inside the app that becomes a note you can sit with and hum along to.
