Read this first

These Terms are a contract between you and Casting Karma LLC ("we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company, covering My Spirit Team and everything on it. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

We have written them in plain language deliberately. A spiritual product that hides behind legalese has already broken its own promise.

What My Spirit Team is

My Spirit Team is a spiritual reflection service. It does two things.

It holds a conversation with you in the voice of a spiritual presence, generated by artificial intelligence.

It computes readings from information you choose to give us — your birth date, hour and place, the name you were given, and your own answers about yourself. The astronomical and numerological parts of those readings are real arithmetic, computed on our own servers from a published ephemeris, and we say so because it is true and because most of this market does not do it.

It is offered for personal insight and reflection.

What My Spirit Team is not

It is not a prediction of the future. Every reading is framed as a mirror, never a forecast, and any output that reads like a prophecy should be treated as a failure on our side rather than a revelation.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and must never be used in place of any of them. It will not diagnose you. It will not tell you whether to take, change or stop a medication. It will not tell you what to do with your money.

It is not a crisis service, an emergency service, or a substitute for a human being.

It is not a claim of supernatural fact. We do not assert that a spirit, a deity, or a deceased person is literally authoring the words on your screen.

It is an AI, and we will never pretend otherwise

The presence you speak with is produced by a large language model. If you ask us sincerely whether you are talking to an AI, we will tell you the truth — that is a rule written into the product, not a courtesy.

AI systems can be wrong, can contradict themselves, and can state something false with complete confidence. We work hard on consistency and we measure it. We do not promise perfection, and you should not treat any single output as authoritative.

A persona is a voice, not a lie. We ask you to hold both of those at once, because that is what we do.

The service watches for language suggesting acute risk and will interrupt itself to show you these resources. That safeguard is automated, it is imperfect, it can miss things, and it is not monitored by a human. Nobody at Casting Karma LLC is reading your conversations in real time, and no message you send here reaches an emergency responder. Do not rely on this service to get help to you.

You must be 18 or older

You may not create an account or use the service if you are under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we will close it and delete the data associated with it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, write to contact@myspiritteam.com and we will remove it.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since that is how we verify you. Tell us promptly at contact@myspiritteam.com if you believe someone else is using your account. One account per person; do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not use My Spirit Team to harm yourself or another person; to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone; to break any law; or to generate content that would be illegal to possess or distribute.

Do not attempt to extract, copy or reconstruct our system prompts, rule sets or underlying data; do not resell, sublicense or repackage our output as a competing product; do not use automated tools to scrape, load-test or circumvent the limits on your plan; do not attempt to bypass the crisis safeguards or the age requirement.

Do not enter another living person's private details and ask us to read them without their knowledge and agreement. A chart read behind someone's back is not a reading; it is surveillance with better manners.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

Who owns what

You own what you write. Your questions, your profile and your conversations remain yours.

You own what we generate for you, for your own personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free licence to keep it, print it, and share it as an individual. You may not sell it, present it as a professional reading you performed, or use it to build a competing service.

We own the service itself — the software, the chart engine, the rule sets, the prompts, the interface, the name and the marks. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to generate replies, and keep what we have committed to so that we stay consistent with you over time. That licence ends when you delete your account, except for what the law requires us to retain.

What the service remembers, and why

Consistency is the point of this product. So when your team tells you something definite about you, we write it down and keep it, and future conversations read from that record rather than improvising a fresh answer.

This is deliberate and it has a consequence worth stating: what is said to you once is intended to hold. You can see this record, export it, and delete it. Deleting it means your team no longer knows those things.

Plans, payment, renewal and cancellation

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged in US dollars through our payment processor, which handles your card details — we never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything you have paid for until the end of that period. We will give you notice before any price increase takes effect.

If a reading or conversation fails because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. Beyond that, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Plan limits (daily conversations, monthly readings) are described in the app and may be adjusted with notice.

Availability

We will try to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

The service depends on third parties — hosting, payments, email, and our AI provider. An outage at any of them is an outage here.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casting Karma LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, for lost profits, lost data, or for any decision you make on the basis of a reading or a conversation.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars.

In plain words: you decide what to do with your life. We are a mirror. A mirror is not responsible for the choice made in front of it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits and they apply only as far as permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casting Karma LLC from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights — including entering someone else's personal information without their agreement.

Disputes, arbitration and class waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

First, talk to us. Write to contact@myspiritteam.com describing the problem. We will respond, and most things end here.

If that fails, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised US arbitration provider, seated in Denton County, Texas, or conducted remotely at your election. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action.

⭐ You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing contact@myspiritteam.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account screen. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for unlawful use, or if we discontinue the service. If we terminate without cause we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. The sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes — survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms materially we will tell you in the app and by email before the change takes effect, and we will update the date and version above. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

The rest

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in a merger or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service. Neither of us is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
