Spiritual glossary
Your Sun sign
the note you sound without trying
The Sun's position along the zodiac at the moment you were born. It is the one placement almost everybody already knows, because it only needs the date — and it is the part of you that is there before you decide to be anything.
What it looks like in a life
What you are like when you are not managing it. It shows up most clearly in how you spend energy you did not have to spend.
Where it comes from
Computed from a real ephemeris at the true ecliptic of your birth — to the arcminute, not from a table of date ranges. If we have your birth hour it is exact, which matters on a cusp.
What it is not
Not your personality, and not a horoscope column. It is one placement out of eleven, and on its own it is the least specific thing in this report.
