All is one
The ground everything else here rests on: one infinite Creator knowing itself, with nothing standing outside it. Separation is entirely real as an experience and not real as a fact — which is why the same sentence can be both the most obvious thing anyone has ever said and the hardest to actually live.
What it looks like in a life
It tends to arrive sideways rather than as a revelation. A stranger's difficulty lands in your own chest without permission. A decision you were certain was between you and someone else turns out to have been one movement with two ends. The recognition is usually quiet and often inconvenient.
Where it comes from
The foundation of the whole corpus rather than a conclusion drawn from any single tradition. Every other term in this glossary is a detail of it, including the ones about stars and the ones about charts.
What it is not
Not a claim that differences are illusions to be waved away, and never a reason to treat one life as unimportant because all lives are one. Oneness is not a flattening — the differences are what the one thing is made of.
